These terms apply when you use the Pen Collection website, add products to your cart, prepare a WhatsApp order request or purchase from Pen Collection Nig. LTD.

Products and availability

We carry limited quantities. Product descriptions, sizes, prices and recorded availability are presented carefully but may change. Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it.

Orders and payment

The checkout prepares product and price information for a WhatsApp conversation. Pen Collection will confirm availability, delivery charges, the final total and payment instructions in that conversation before fulfilment.

Images and colour

We aim to present products accurately, but screens and lighting can affect colour. Multiple product images are provided where available.

Returns and legal rights

Any return, exchange or remedy will follow the policy communicated with the order and rights that cannot be excluded under Nigerian consumer law. Nothing here removes those rights.

Website content

Product photography, text and branding belong to Pen Collection or their respective licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
